Microwave Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Adapted from a recipe I found in an online forum which called this peanut butter cups, upon tasting it, I thought this was a nice substitute for traditional fudge. And so easy!

Please forgive the picture. This was one of the first I took of food! Not very pretty but the taste made up for it. This recipe previously called for granular Splenda¬†(but it’s 24 carbs a cup)! So I’ve updated it to use Swerve¬†instead.

1oz of chocolate to a stick of butter? Is that right?!

That’s what I used (at least according to the notes here). It’s been a long time since I made this!
