Ready for the weekly favorite low carb recipes roundup? This week competition was stiff, with several recipes running neck and neck to vie for coveted top-10 positions. (Geez, I sound like a horse race announcer, huh?) In case you don’t already know, these are the recipes that were most popular through the week from our Low Carb Zen Facebook page–meaning millions of low carbers around the world liked, pinned, shared and clicked through to create the wonderful recipes in there very own kitchens. Yum!

|Fried Cabbage with Bacon and Onions is one of my go-to easy dinners. I just toss the ingredients (included a bag of coleslaw) into my Electric Skillet and it’s ready in a few minutes. Could NOT be easier!|
|I’ve yet to make myself any Zucchini Fries? I guess I just Zoodle ’em up too quick. But I think I’m missing out. For these babies, she recommends using Non-stick Aluminum Foil or a baking rack to keep your fries from sticking.|

|Another one that I cannot believe I haven’t tried are these gorgeous Breakfast Sausage Pinwheel Rolls! She uses a rolling pin to spread this dough out on wax paper and cooks on silicone bake mats for minimum mess. I love my silicone bake mats! I had no idea how often I’d use them.|
|This super simple recipe for Sugar Free, Dairy Free Hot Chocolate offers a few suggestions for non-dairy milk and is sweetened with liquid Stevia. I’m always glad to see more options for our folks with food allergies and similar issues. Yay for inclusion!|
|I am anxious to try some variations on these Strawberry Cloud Candies. I’d recommend using good quality butter in these. And the silicone candy molds were a lot quicker and easier than doing the pastry bag route. Next time, I’m going for full-on lazy…|
|Hey, I have some frozen blueberries! I could whip up this Easy Low Carb Blueberry Cobbler. If you’re not familiar with Xanthan Gum, it’s there to thicken this up. And I’d probably use Swerve instead of packet sweeteners, but then again–I use Swerve in about everything!|
|These Chicken and Zucchini Poppers look amazing! I’d want them fried for sure to give a little extra crunch to the outside. And I’ll bet the zucchini grating would go super quick with a drum grater–I love mine!|
I totally want to award an honorable mention to this delicious Keto Chocolate Roll Cake. It missed the top 10 lineup by less than 50 “votes” – and I happen to know from personal experience it’s delicious! It was one I wanted to try from the moment I saw it; I even ordered Psyllium Husk Powder especially for it, and it was the final deciding factor in buying my now-beloved baking mats. I wanted to make it that bad. And it wasn’t a disappointment. So I’m offering it up an honorable mention, as a bonus roundup recipe for you this week.
