So yummy!!! I eat w/steamed veggies. Very yummy and filling!


  • 6 Tilapia filets
  • Seasoned salt.
  • 3 tbsp butter


  1. Sprinkle one side of fish with seasoned salt.
  2. Place 1 pat of butter on top of each filet. Spay pan or foil with nonstick cooking spray and put fish in pan.

  3. Cook on 350* for about 20 mins.
  4. Flip, sprinkle w more seasoned salt.
  5. Broil 4-5 mins.
  6. Pour melted butter from pan over cooked fish.
If you don't want to buy a lot of low carb books, just get the right ones.
