That’s too high in carbs! What gives?!?!

We have a diverse group who have widely varying carb targets. Our rule of thumb is that if you could eat it on some phase of an Atkins plan, it’s a go. However, if you find any given recipe not low carb enough for your personal plan, pass it by.

We only have about 3.2 gazillion low carb recipes. Date a rebound recipe and let the healing begin!
