To thank you, I've created some printable Carb Tracking sheets (PDF): either black and white to save on ink, or pretty colors if that's your thing. Just print out the sheets and jot down what you eat to keep tabs on carbs.
Use the space after the day of the week heading to add the date, or sneak a weekly weigh-in # in the top left-hand space if you want. You know, make it your own. Hope it's useful! ♥
